Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free to every country, with no minimum purchase. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay; no shipping fees are added at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

• Order processing: 24 to 72 business hours. Each item is inspected before being shipped.
• France: 6 to 14 business days after dispatch.
• International: 10 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

For a wedding, we recommend ordering several weeks in advance so you have enough time for fittings and any alterations.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. It allows you to follow your order’s journey right to your door. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Can I return an item?

• Time limit: you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
• How to proceed: contact us by email before sending anything back; we will provide the return procedure and address.
• Item condition: the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by its original tags.
• Costs: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
